摘要
文章对山东省1989-2010年环境规制数据进行了测算,并将山东省1989-2010年环境规制和农产品出口数据进行了协整关系和VEC模型分析,认为从长期来看,环境规制会促进农产品的出口,环境规制每增加1单位,农产品出口增加0.518个单位,根据山东省农产品出口情况,提出了制定和完善地方法规和部门规章、严格执行各种环境规制法律法规、优化产业结构等加强环境规制的建议。
Datas of environmental regulations in Shandong Province from 1989 to 2010 were calculated, then the relationship between environmental regulations and agricultural products export was analyzed in the paper through cointegration and VEC model. It was considered that in the long run, environmental regulations will promote agricultural products export. As environmental regulation increased 1 unit,agricultural products export increased 0.518 units. Suggestions to strengthen environmental regulations were proposed according to export of agricultural products in Shandong Province, such as setting up and perfecting local laws and regulations of department, carrying out environmental regulations seriously, and optimization of industrial structure, etc.
