PB法筛选保加利亚乳杆菌增殖培养基的研究 被引量:1

Study on screening for multiplication medium of Lactobacillus bulgaricus by Plackett-Burman design

摘要 采用Plackett-Burman(PB)试验设计,以菌体活菌数为响应值,从7种碳源/益生元和8种氨基酸中筛选对保加利亚乳杆菌(Lactobacillus bulgaricus,LB)具有增菌作用的碳源/益生元和氨基酸。结果表明,碳源/益生元中葡萄糖(p=0.033,T=3.757)是影响LB生长的显著因素,低聚果糖(p=0.091,T=2.457)、菊糖(p=0.061,T=2.926)是影响生长的重要因素,且均呈正效应,其概率水平均大于90%;8种氨基酸中,谷氨酸对LB的生长影响呈负效应(T=-1.005),羟脯氨酸和酪氨酸对LB的增殖具有较大影响,呈正效应.3种碳源、3种氨基酸对保加利亚乳杆菌的增殖具有显著影响. In this paper ,the Plackett-Burman experimental design was employed to investigate and screen the key factors that effect the grow th of L actobacillus bulgaricus from 7 kinds of carbon sources or prebiotics and 8 kinds of amino acid .We found that ,the most significant carbon source that encourage the grow th of L actobacillus bulgaricus was Glucose ( p =0 .033 ,T=3 .757) .Oligofrutose (p=0 .091 ,T=2 .457) and Inulin (p=0 .061 ,T=2 .926) can also effect the growth of Lactobacillus bulgaricus markedly .These three variables showed positive effect for the growth and significant differences in the more than 90% proba-bility level .Glutamate (T= -1 .005) that from 8 kinds of amino acid showed negative trend , but Hydroxyproline and Tryosine have a greater impact to the proliferation .Therefore ,the a-bove six factors can affect the proliferation of L actobacillus bulgaricus significantly .
