摘要
目的:探索医院设备精细化的新模式,加强维修管理,为现代医院建设提出合理化建议和可行性方案。方法:分析当前医院医学工程人员和设备维修管理保障现状,从医院的现行维修管理模式出发,通过设备维修流程、维修管理的各个环节,用精细化理念从技术和管理两方面阐述,提供必要的信息化支持,为设备的科学论证提供统计等数据支持,同时展望设备精细化维修管理新趋势。结果:强化了医院设备的维修管理能力,提高医疗设备的利用率。结论:促进医疗设备精细化管理,推动医院信息化建设,具有很好的示范作用和推广价值。
Objective： To explore a new model of delicacy management in the hospital, enhance the maintenance management, and offer constructive suggestion and practical scenario for the modern hospital. Methods： The state of medical engineers and the maintenance management of medical equipment in the hospital are analyzed. Based on the present maintenance management model, the concept of delicacy induced in both technology and management by a serial process of maintenance flow and manage. Some necessary informatization support is offered for the data support to demonstration the statistic scientifically. And meanwhile, a new trend of the delicacy management is imported in the hospital. Results： The ability of maintenance management in medical equipment, technological check and manage power are enforced, thus, the use ratio of medical equipment enhanced dramatically. Conclusion： The delicacy management of the hospital is improved distinctly, and paves the way to informatization construction in the hospital with its favorable demonstration effect and promotional value.
