摘要
为了提高船坞搭载效率,缩短船舶建造周期,根据船坞实际情况,对17.6万t散货船NO.8舱进行舱口围舱口盖总组,改变传统流程,将舱口围的拼装工作移到平台上进行,舱口围拼装完成后,盖上舱口盖,然后将舱口围和舱口盖整体吊装。
In order to improve the dock carrying efficiency , shorten the shipbuilding period , according to the existing situa-tion of dock , the general assembling technology was designed for the hatch coaming and hatch cover of the No .8 cargo hold for 176 000 DWT bulk carriers .The traditional construction process was transformed as , the hatch coaming was assembled on the platform, after completion of hatch coaming assembly , cover the hatch cover , and then the hatch coaming and hatch cover were hoisted integrally .
