摘要
在"药品零差价"背景下,有效的财政补偿方式是市级公立医院改革成功的最关键因素之一。文章采用文献查阅法、定性系统评价法、德尔菲法和访谈调研法,对归纳出的财政补偿方式进行对比评价,为市级公立医院"药品零差价"背景下选择合适的财政补偿方式提供参考,为进一步完善市级公立医院综合改革进行有益的探索。
Effective financial compensation is one of the most critical factors in the success of municipal public hospital reform under the environment of drug zero mark up policy. By using methods of literature review, qualitative Systematic-assessment, Delphi and in-depth interview, different financial compensation mechanism were compared and assessed to give reference for municipal hospital financial compensation mechanism selection under the reform of drug zero mark up and give some explosion for further comprehensive reform in municipal hospital reform.
