摘要
在热成形模具的设计中,模具冷却系统的水槽及入水口结构设计对冷却管道内水流速度的影响较大。利用Abaqus软件对淬火时冷却管道内的水流速度进行了数值模拟。结果表明:水槽内的储水量过大或过小都会降低冷却通道内水流速度;入水口直径大小对冷却通道内水流速度的影响最大。该研究结果对复杂热成形模具冷却系统的结构设计有一定的实际指导意义。
In the design of hot stamping die, water-flow velocity in the cooling pipeline is greatly in- fluenced by the structure of water tank and water inlet. This paper, with the assistance of software Abaqus, analyzed the process of numerical simulation of water-flow velocity in the cooling pipeline during quenching and drew several conclusions as follows: the oversized or undersized storage capacity of water tank will slow down the water-flow velocity in the cooling pipeline ; the most significant impact on the water-flow velocity in the cooling pipeline is the diameter of water inlet. Above all, the experi- mental conclusions will implement practical guidance to the structure design of the cooling systems of sophisticated hot stamping die.
