摘要
基于河道洪水模拟与预报的三维仿真是了解当前和未来洪水运动过程和洪水风险程度的重要手段,采用TOPKAPI分布式水文模型和水力学河道洪水演进方法预报沿程各断面水位过程,综合运用RS、GIS技术建立三维地形图,以Unity3D为平台搭建三维场景模型,运用广度搜索算法搜索不同水位下的河道边界、三维种子填充算法对洪水淹没区域进行填充,综合模拟洪水运动过程,通过在浙江省钱塘江流域上的应用,验证了系统的可靠性和科学性。
Based on hydrological model and flood forecasting at river waterway, a 3-D simulation system was built for understand flood movement and predict flood risk. TOPKAPI distributed hydrologic model and Hydraulic River Routing method were used to forecast water level in each waterway cross-section. After col ecting data from different water level at waterway borders, a 3-D scene was designed by integrating RS and GIS technology under Unity3D platform to demonstrate flood movement. The system was applied to Qiantangjiang Basin, and the results demonstrate that the system is reliable.
