摘要
体育作为一种特殊的城市文化现象,在满足人类追求和提高人口综合素质方面起到不容忽视的作用。从人口综合素质、生活方式、政策导向、形象标志、文化产业,以及冰雪文化的艺术传承、建筑文化和冰雪文化传播、民族审美文化和环境保护等方面进行了论述,构建了黑龙江省地域特色冰雪体育文化与城市文化及城市发展的文化体系。
As a special kind of city culture phenomenon,Sports have the effect on satisfying human pursuit and improving population quality.The population overall quality,lifestyle,policy guidance,image symbol,the cultural industry,as well as the art of ice and snow culture heritage,architectural culture and ice and snow culture dissemination,the national aesthetic culture and environmental protection are discussed in this paper,how to construct the ice and snow sports culture,city culture and culture system of the development of the city with regional features in Heilongjiang province is explored.
