基于势平衡的小口径模压可燃药筒装药内弹道计算 被引量:2

Interior Ballistics Calculation of Small-bore Molded Combustible Cartridge Case Charge Based on Potential Equilibrium Theory

摘要 为了研究小口径可燃药筒装药膛内实际燃烧规律,以小口径可燃药筒定容燃烧的p-t曲线与主装药膛内燃烧的p-t曲线为标准,应用势平衡理论确定了小口径可燃药筒装药的燃气生成函数表达式,建立了药筒装药的内弹道模型。利用该模型对25mm弹道炮在可燃药筒装药下的内弹道过程进行了模拟计算,得到了装药在膛内的实际燃气生成规律,并最终获得了25mm可燃药筒装药的弹道解。计算结果表明,小口径可燃药筒装药的燃烧过程分为3个阶段,即可燃药筒燃烧结束前阶段、可燃药筒燃完至势平衡点阶段及碎粒燃烧阶段,各阶段的燃气生成规律均以三项式表示。以小口径可燃药筒装药膛内燃气生成函数为基础模拟得到的计算曲线与火炮实测曲线基本一致,可以描述和分析小口径可燃药筒装药膛内实际燃烧规律。 To study the actual burning rules of small-bore combustile-cartridge-case(CCC)charge in bore,the actual burning-gas formation function using potential equilibrium interior ballistic equations was established by using the theory of potential equilibrium,which were based on the measured p-t curves of the main charge and small-bore CCC.By the models,the interior ballistic process of 25 mm ballistic mortar with small-bore CCC charge was simulated.Results show that the combustion process of small-bore combustible CCC can be classified as burning completion stage of CCC,burning out of CCC to potential equilibrium point stage and particle combustion stage,which were expressed as trinomial.The calculation results based on the actual burning gas formation function of small-bore combustible CCC were in good agreement with experimental data.So the potential equilibrium theory can describe the actual rules of combustion of small-bore combustible CCC in the bore.
