摘要
为了探明蜜蜂为罗平油菜授粉对菜籽产量的影响效果,建立授粉示范推广基地。2012年对罗平油菜盛花期蜜蜂占授粉昆虫的数量比例进行了调查;2012年和2013年分别以甘蓝型油菜为试验材料,在相同田地里建立蜜蜂授粉区和无蜜蜂区两个对照,共设置4个重复,统计比较各生产指标间的差异。结果表明:西方蜜蜂占访花昆虫总量的99.3%,采访量超过22头/m2·h。蜜蜂授粉区植株结荚数、荚粒数、千粒重、油菜籽产量与对照组比较,差异极显著(P≤0.01),分别增产29.49%、15.34%、6.55%、47.39%。结论:罗平地区,西方蜜蜂是油菜主要的授粉昆虫,能显著提高菜籽产量。
In order to explore the pollination effect on yield of oilseed rape by honeybees, building demonstrate pollination base in Luoping. The number of honeybees and other pollination insects were investigated during the peak flowering of oilseed rape in 2012. In this study, two different pollination treatments on Brassica napus L. were simultaneously conducted in 2012 and 2013 in Luoping. The results showed that the proportion of A. mellifera in all the number of pollination insects was 99.3% and the amounts of A. mellifera over 22 per hour in unit area ( n~ ) ; differences in the fruit set, pod grain number and the thousand seed weight of oilseed rape for the bee pollination area were all very significantly higher than no bee pollination area ( 29.49%, oilseed rape in Luoping and it can 15.34%, 6.55%, 47.39% respectively ) . A. mellifera is the primary pollinator of the improve significantly the yield of oilseed rape
