摘要
法国燃气市场是一个高度自由化的市场,参与者为数众多,贸易频繁,给燃气调度带来了很大的难度。燃气调度的最终目的是供求平衡,为了达到这个目标,法国燃气采用了多种方式进行管理,在确保供求平衡的同时,也解决了部分贸易问题。文章主要通过苏伊士环能集团全资天然气长输子公司(GRTgaz)在天然气长输运营中的各项规定和工作,简要介绍法国天然气调度工作的情况。
Since natural gas market is a free market in France, there are many players and the trade is frequent, which increase the difficulties of gas dispatching. To keep the balance between the supply and demands, GRTgaz adopts many methods to meet the demands of natural gas operation, which can solve some trade problems as well. The paper introduces the operation of GRTgaz and briefs the situation of natural gas dispatching in France.
