摘要
在日光温室内系统研究不同虫口密度烟粉虱危害对辣椒产量及果实品质的影响。结果表明:烟粉虱为害对辣椒产量和营养品质均有明显的影响,且随着虫量的增加,影响逐渐加重。叶片上若虫虫口密度为20-30头·cm^-2时,叶片和青椒果实中叶绿素含量分别下降28.01%和30.99%,结实率下降14.13%,单果重下降8.48%,单株产量下降15.73%,可溶性糖、维生素C和粗蛋白含量分别下降6.37%、4.64%和3.65%。叶片上若虫虫口密度为50~60头·cm^-2时,叶片和青椒果实叶绿索含量分别下降39.86%和53.52%,结实率下降29.04%,单株果重下降45.82%,可溶性糖、维生素c和粗蛋白含量分别下降41.08%、32.51%和6.99%。结果提示,对保护地辣椒上的烟粉虱防治应立足早防。
The impact of different density of Bemisia tabaci on yield and quality of pepper was studied in solar greenhouse. The results showed that B. tabaci reduced pepper yield and fruit quality significantly, with the increase of the worm amount. When nymphs had 20--30 head · cm^-2 , chlorophyll content of leaves and green pepper fruit decreased by 28.01% and 30.99 % respectively, seed setting rate decreased by 14.13 %, average weight decreased by 8.48 %, yield per plant decreased by 15.73%, and soluble sugar, vitamin C and protein content decreased by 6.37%, 4. 64%and 3.65%, respectively. When leaves nymphs had 50-- 60 head ~ cm-2 , chlorophyll content of leaves and green pepper fruit decreased by 39.86% and 53.52o/00 respectively, the pepper seed rate of 29.04%, monoclonal fruit weight decreased by 45.82 %, soluble sugar, vitamin C and protein content decreased by 41.08 %, 32.51% and 6.99 - respectively. The results suggests that early prevention should be based on the the B. tabaci populatoin in the greenhouse.
