摘要
掘进机在隧洞施工中的应用方法是在掘进后 ,紧跟着安装钢筋混凝土预制管片、回填豆砾石和进行水泥灌浆。由于灌浆时无止浆梗 ,运用这种方法存在隧洞顶部不易填满豆砾石 ,特别是灌浆不密实等缺陷。为此提出了应用软模砂浆止浆梗进行豆砾石灌浆的设计 ,使豆砾石灌浆体的强度、抗渗性。
In the light of disadvantage of the tunnelling without grouting seal ring, a design of pea gravel grouting is presented in TBM tunnelling with soft model. Using soft model to set the grouting seal ring, the strength, antileakage and density of the pea gravel will be improved.
