Regulation of hepcidin expression and related diseases

摘要 铁调素(hepcidin)是由肝脏表达和分泌的一种多肽,其表达和分泌受多种因素的影响,最近研究表明,铁调素含量的异常与多种疾病密切相关。笔者就其表达调控,及其与疾病关系的最新研究进展进行综述。 Hepcidin is a polypeptide expressed and secreted by the hepatic cells. The expression of hepcidin can be influenced by many factors. Recent research has confirmed that the abnormal level of hepcidin is closely related to many diseases. The author reviews regulation of hepcidin expres sion, the latest research progress and its relationship with diseases.
