摘要
在高等教育规模快速扩张、教育质量亟待提升的今天,践行"以学生为本"教育理念,成为转变教育发展方式、提升高等教育质量的应有之义。然而,"以学生为本"从应然的可能向实然的可行顺利转化亟须正确的认识观、均衡的价值观和科学的方法论。"以学生为本"成为可能的基础,取决于有利于教师与学生之间、学校与学生之间共同发展、共同进步的制度架构及机制推动;在现实的高等教育背景下实现"以学生为本",需要坚持依据唯物辩证法的方法论认知、分析、调和及化解师生关系和校生关系中存在的兼容共存问题。
Nowadays, higher education scale has witnessed rapid expansion, and education quality needs to be urgently improved. In the current situation, the practice of "student-oriented" education philosophy is the proper meaning of the transition of education development mode and the improvement of the quality of higher education. However, the transition from "ought-to-be" to "actually-to-be" of "student-oriented" philosophy needs correct view, equilibrium values and scientific methodology. The base of "student-oriented" philosophy lies in the promotion of institutional framework and mechanism between teacher and student, school and student. The implementation of "student-oriented" philosophy in the realistic conditions needs to stick to the method based on the theory of materialist dialectics and constantly perceive, analyse, reconcile and resolve the contradictions, conflicts and the dilemma problems of teacher-student relationship and the relationship of school and student.
