摘要 在室温常压条件下利用等离子射流对抗生素生产菌种弗氏链霉菌和侧耳属进行诱变,通过对菌落观察和死亡率、变异率、发酵能力的筛选统计,确定针对该两种微生物诱变的最佳照射时间分别为240—270s和25—30S,并分别从中筛选出高于出发株10.4%和9.6%的菌株。本实验可为菌种的诱变选育提供参考。 Under room temperature and atmospheric conditions, atmospheric pressure plasma jet treatment was used for mutation treatment to antibiotic production strains of Streptomyces fradiae and Pleurotus sp. By observing colonies, investigating and analyzing mortality rate, mutation rate, and fermentation ability, the best irradiation time for Streptomyces fradiae and Pleurotus sp. was 240 - 270 s and 25 - 30 s, respectively. Besides, one strain of Streptomyces fradiae and that had 10.4% higher ability and one strain of Pleurotus sp. that had 9.6% higher ability of producing antibiotic than original strains were selected. This study could provide a reference for the mutation breeding.
