摘要
为了解决传统重型矿用自卸车驱动系统机械设计制造难题,在对多种矿用自卸车行走系统传动方案对比分析的基础上,采用理论分析与计算机仿真方法,研究了一种采用双发动机的液压机械复合传动矿用自卸车行走系统传动方案。建立了双发动机液压机械复合行走驱动系统模型,研究了其行走控制策略,并对矿用自卸车的起步与同步性能进行了仿真验证。结果表明:设计方案及控制策略能够满足90t矿用自卸车行走驱动需求,且设计制造难度低于现有矿用自卸车行走系统,为经济实用型传动系统的商品化奠定了理论基础。
To deal with the difficulty in design and manufacture of traditional large scale mining dump truck, based on comparing transmission schemes of the existing drive systems of various mining dump trucks, theoretical analysis and computer simulation method were adopted to study the transmission scheme of the drive system of a mining dump truck, and a new drive system was proposed with double engine and hydraulic mechanical composite transmission. The model of the drive system was established, the control rules were researched, and the starting and synchronization performance were simulated and verified. The results show that the drive system and control rules satisfy the driving demand of drive system of 90 t mining dump truck, and design and manufacture are easier than that of existing drive systems, which provides theoretical foundation for the commercial development of the economical and practical drive system.
