摘要
目的:探讨70岁以上肥厚性梗阻型心肌病患者化学消融术的护理。方法:回顾性分析我院经化学消融术治疗11例70岁以上肥厚性梗阻型心肌病患者的资料,总结患者术前、术后的护理经过。结果:11例70岁以上肥厚性梗阻型心肌病患者术中2例死亡,其余9例经过精心护理,均痊愈出院,无严重并发症发生。结论:加强术前术后的观察和护理,不断提高护理质量可以减少手术并发症及护理并发症发生,促进患者的康复。
Objective： To investigate the effects of careful nursing in aged patients with HOCM who underwent transcatheter myocardial ablation. Methods： A total of 11 HOCM aged patients treated by PTSMA in our hospital were retrospectived studied. The clinical informations effects complaints and nursing of transcatheter myocardia ablation at the peri-operative period were summarized. Result： There were 9 patients cured and discharged, and 2 patients died in hospital. Conclusion ： To strengthen the observation and nursing at the peri-operative can reduce operation complaints and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
