摘要
通过分析电解加工中的加工间隙问题和电涡流传感器的特性 ,提出采用电涡流传感器进行深孔电解加工的在线检测是可行的 .根据加工对象间隙的变化范围设计了阴极、测试电路 .进行了初步的调试 。
This paper analyzed the gap of electrochemical machining and the eddy current sensor. A online measurement method in electrochemical machining deep hole using eddy current sensor is considered feasible. According to the gap between work piece and tool, the tool and measuring circuit are designed,after the system was adjusted,an improvment of the circuit was made.
