积水采空区下厚煤层综放开采技术 被引量:8

Thick-seam Fully Mechanized Caving Mining Technology Under Water Accumulated Gob

摘要 应用煤层开采覆岩破坏理论,从煤层与上覆采空区空间关系出发,研究综放开采的可行性和安全开采技术方案。分析了新疆库车某矿1005工作面地质采矿条件,类比国内类似条件综放开采实测资料预计其覆岩破坏高度,研究厚煤层综放开采对覆岩含水层尤其是积水采空区的影响,评价积水采空区下综放开采的可靠性,提出"物探探查、钻探验证、疏干再采"的技术方案,最终实现该工作面的安全开采。 Based on the theory of coal mining induced overburden failure, the feasibility of fully mechanized caving mining and safety mining technical scheme were studied according to the space relationship of coal seam and overlying water accumulated gob. The article analyzed the geology and mining condition of a certain coal mine in Kuche Xinjiang province, and estimated the height of overburden failure by analogy of actual measurement data from fully mechanized caving mining workfaee in domestic coal mines which have the analogous conditions. It also considered the mining influence on the overlying aquifers especially the accumulated water in gob, evaluated the reliability of fully mechanized caving mining under short distance water accumulated gob, and the technical scheme of "detection by geophysical prospecting, verification by drilling and mining after draining" was proposed, safety mining of 1005 workface was finally achieved.
