PVDF黏度对疏水阻燃改性PET纤维性能的影响 被引量:5

摘要 采用皮芯复合纺丝制备了疏水阻燃改性聚酯(PET)纤维,其中皮层原料为PET、芳基聚磷三酯(G-77)及聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)共混物,芯层为G-77和PET共混物,探讨了旋转黏度分别为500,200 mPa·s的PVDF对纤维性能的影响。结果表明:PVDF对改性PET纤维的阻燃性能有促进作用,高黏度PVDF的抗熔滴效果更好;添加低黏度(200 mPa·s)PVDF的皮层料可纺性好,纺丝时皮层料中PVDF/(PET+G-77)质量比可达0.12,所得改性PET纤维的断裂强度为3.05 cN/dtex,断裂伸长率为12.4%,其疏水性能也更好。 A hydrophobic flame retardant modified polyester (PET) fiber was prepared with the blend of PET, polyarylphosphate triester (G-77) and polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) as the sheath and the blend of G-77 and PET via sheath-core composite spinning process. The effects of PVDFs with the rotary viscosity of 500 and 200 mPa · s on the fiber properties were discussed. The results showed thai PVDF could enhance the flame retardancy of modified PET fiber; high-viscosity PVDF provided better anti-dripping effect when low-viscosity (200 mPa ·s) PVDF provided better spinnability; and the mass ratio of low-viscosity PVDF/(PET + G-77) can be 0.12 in the sheath, and the modified PET fiber can be produced with the breaking strength of 3.05 cN/dtex, elongation at break 12.4% and better hydrophobicity.
