摘要
发展问题一直是世界各国普遍关注的焦点问题。持什么样的发展观念 ,走什么样的发展道路 ,达到什么样的发展目标 ,是国际社会聚讼不已、莫衷一是的热门话题。 2 0世纪 60年代以来 ,由于东西方冷战对峙、南北方发展冲突、全球性生态危机 ,促使人们开始检讨传统发展观 ,寻求探索新的发展模式。 2 0世纪 80年代以来可持续发展观在全球范围的提出 ,标志着人类发展观的重大变革。而这一变革是在人们对传统发展观的内在缺陷及其在实践中导致的巨大负面效应的深刻反思过程中实现的 。
The problem of development is the focus of the countries all over the world.It has been the latest popular topic that the international society has different opinions on.It deals with the question of what kind of development thought to follow,what kind of development way to go in,what kind of development goal to reach.Since the 1960s,due to various reasons such cold war between the eastern and western worlds,the conflict between the south and the north of the globe,the global ecological crisis,people began to question the traditional development thought and try to explore a new development model.The idea of the continuable development brought forward all over the world marks a quite preminent reform of the development thinking of human being.People achieved this important reform during the process of a profound introspect to the intrinsic defect of the traditional development thinking as well as its negative effects it produced in practice.The nature of the reform is thorough renewal and creative transformation of the social development value conception of human being.\;
