摘要
目的评价血常规与C-反应蛋白联合检测在社区呼吸道感染性疾病中的应用价值。方法选取2010年5月——2013年4月就诊于我院的110例呼吸道感染患者,其中细菌性感染患者60例为观察组,非细菌性感染者50例为对照组,两组入院即取末梢静脉血,并采用免疫比浊法检测血清C-反应蛋白及血常规。结果观察组CRP阳性率为85.00%,WBC阳性率为76.67%,对照组CRP阳性率为34.00%,WBC阳性率为18.00%,两组患者血清CRP阳性率及WBC阳性率相比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者通过比浊法测定末梢血CRP及WBC的数量,结果如表2,观察组与对照组CRP及WBC的值相比正常值均有不同程度升高,但对照组与正常值较为接近,观察组相比于对照组及正常值差异均有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论在社区呼吸道感染患者的诊断中联合应用血常规与C-反应蛋白检测有助于区分细菌性感染和非细菌性感染,值得在临床上予以推广。
Objective To evaluate the blood routine and C- reactive proteindetection in the application value of diseases in the community respiratory tract infections. Methods May 2010 April 2013 in our hospital 110 patients with respiratory tract infections, including 60 cases of bacterial infections in patients in the observation group, the non-bacterial infections were 50 cases of the control group, two groups that take peripheral admission blood and immune nephelometry using serum C-reactive protein and blood. Results The CRP positive rate 85.00%, WBC positive rate was 76.67%, the positive control group, CRP was 34.00%,WBC positive rate was 18.00%, the positive rate of serum CRP and WBC positive rates of the two groups were compared the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）; groups of patients CRP and WBC number of peripheral blood by measuring the turbidity method, the results increased as compared to 2, the value of the observation group and the control group of normal CRP and WBC tables in varying degrees but closer to the normal control group and the observation group compared to the control group and the normal differences were statistically significant,P〈0.05. Conclusion In patients with the diagnosis of respiratory infections in the community combined with C-reactive protein blood test can help distinguish between bacterial infections and non-bacterial infec-tions, it is to be promoted in clinical practice.
