摘要
文章对新疆的对外汉语教师的现状进行量化调查和分析之后,发现新疆的对外汉语教师无论在数量上还是在质量上都存在着不足和缺陷。通过调查教师培训模式,指出采用多元化的教师培养及培训模式是应对多元化教师需求的有效途径。
Based on analyzing the present situation of TCFL teachers by using quantitative analysis method, the author found that there are a lot of shortcomings and deficiencies of the TCFL teachers in Xinjiang universities both in quantity and quality. This paper conducted a survey on the model of teachers training and pointed out that there are many effective measures which can train teachers according to the diversified, multi-level demand for teachers, indicating that taking diversified teacher training and training pattern measures is the effective way to meet the di- verse needs of teachers.
