摘要
薄壁机加件变形控制是机械加工中比较棘手的问题,对于包含渗碳淬火工艺的合金薄壁件更是如此。针对12CrNi3A工作圈渗碳前的工艺控制,采取了细化工艺路线、优化装夹方法、增加预先热处理工艺等措施,通过实践验证,零件变形得到了很好的控制。
Deformation Control of thin-wall machining is a hard nut to crack in mechanical processing, for alloy thin-wall parts which contains carburizing quenching process all the more so. Aiming at process control of 12 crni3a work world before carburizing, the paper was adopted methods of refining process, optimization of the clamping and increasing the heat treatment process. Through practice verification, parts deformation is well controlled.
