摘要
目的 :观察贯叶连翘合剂对经前期紧张综合征的治疗效果。方法 :给 35例PMTS患者服用贯叶连翘合剂水煎剂 ,与 2 0例服用安宫黄体酮、溴隐亭等西药的PMTS患者比较 ,观察临床症状及PRL、P、E指标和E/P值的变化。结果 :治疗组对该病获得良好效果 ,有效率达 91.4% ,明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。对常见症状 :经前烦躁、经前口疮、经前发热、经前失眠等的改善也明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。 2组内分泌指标均有不同程度改变。治疗组降低雌激素水平、雌 /孕比指明显优于对照组 (P分别 <0 .0 0 1和 <0 .0 5 )。结论 :提示该方法FMIS内分泌失调的调节和症状的改善 ,较之对该病使用性激素、镇静剂、利尿剂及维生素等西药的作用更好 。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect Guanyelianqiao mixture for premenstrual tension syndrme(PMTS).Methods: 35 patients with PMTS were given the decoction of Guanyelianqiao Mixture. 20 patients with PMTS given provera and parlodel were as the control Group. The differences of clinical symptoms and changes of PRL, P,E and E/P of two groups were observed. Results: It showed that the clinical effect of the treatment group was satisfactory with an efficiency rate of 91.4%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group( P <0.05). It was also more effective than the control group in the treatment of the common symptoms such as premenstrual restlessness, aphtha, fever, and insomnia ( P <0.05). The two groups all showed the endocrine level changes of varying degrees. In the treatment group, the decreases of the level of estrogen and the ratio of estrogen/progestogen were more significant than that of the control group( P<0.01,P<0.05 ). Conclusion: It suggested that this mixture is more effective for adjusting the endocrinal imbalance of PMTS and alleviating the clinical symptoms than sex hormone, tranquillizer, diuretic and vitamin, etc.
