摘要
超高烟囱采用电动升模的工艺施工,即以筒壁为承力主体,通过附着于已具有较高强度的钢筋混凝土筒壁上的支模操作架和提升架,以及联结操作架和提升架的电动提升设备,一架固定,一架相对运动,交替爬升,从而带动模板及整个施工平台的提升。该工法可大幅提高施工效率,从而达到缩短工期的目的。满足了工程进度、质量及安全文明施工的要求,取得了良好的社会效益和经济效益。
The electric lifting formwork process is used for the ultra high chimney construction. In this process, the formwork operation frame and the lifting frame are attached to a high-strength reinforced concrete cylinder wall, together with the electric lifting equipment which connects these two frames. Two frames then move up alternatively to lift the formwork and the entire construction platform. This method can significantly improve the efficiency of construction, so as to achieve the purpose of shortening the construction duration. It also meets the requirements of construction progress, quality, safety and civilized construction, and achieves good social and economic benefits.
