摘要
大港油田深部地层复杂,可钻性差。为了方便、准确地预测大港油田深部地层的可钻性,本文利用分形理论,以地层岩石破碎的岩屑为研究对象,计算岩石破碎维数。在室内岩石实验的基础上,通过回归分析,建立岩石可钻性级值与岩屑分形维数关系模型,相关性在0.9以上。依据此模型,在钻进过程中,通过对上返岩屑的处理,能实现可钻性的实时测定。采用分形理论分析地层的可钻性更能真实的反映地层岩石的性质,预测精度高。
Deep formation in DaGang oilfield is complex,poor drillability.In order to conveniently and accurately predict the deep formation drillability,this paper,by using the fractal theory,using the stratigraphic rocks and broken rock debris as the research object,calculate rock crushing fractal dimension.On the basis of indoor rock experiment,through the regression analysis,the rock drillability grade value relation with cuttings fractal dimension model and correlation in 0.9 above.On the basis of this model,in the process of drilling,through to the return on the processing of cuttings,can realize real-time measurement of drillability.Using fractal theory analysis of formation drillability is more real reflect the nature of the rock stratum,and realize high prediction accuracy.
