摘要
目的 选用清开灵 (QKL)与醒脑静 (XNJ)旨在探讨清热解毒开窍醒脑法对大鼠脑缺血的影响。方法 利用电镜技术和检测自由基代谢指标 ,选用急性不完全性脑缺血模型 ,观察了QKL和XNJ对急性不完全性脑缺血大鼠大脑皮层超微结构和超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、过氧化脂质 (LPO)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH -Px)水平的影响。结果 两药均可改善脑缺血大鼠超微结构的变化 ,减轻自由基的损伤作用 ,与对照组比较有显著差异 (P<0 .0 5)。结论 QKL和XNJ对脑缺血性损伤具有保护作用 ,清热解毒开窍醒脑治疗脑缺血是行之有效的。
? Objective To observe the effects of QKL and XNJ on cerebral ischemia of rats.Methods The animal model of the incomplete cerebral ischemia was used and the ultrastructure of cerebral cortex and the levels of SOD、LPO and GSH-Px were examined in the experiment. Results Both QKL and XNJ could improve ultrastructure change of cerebral cortex of rats with cerebral ischemia,reduce the injuries of free radical. The significant difference was found(P<0.05)as compared with the control group.Conclusion Both QKL and XNJ have the protective effects on cerebral lesion of rats and that eliminating toxic heat and inducing resuscitation are useful remedies in treating cerebral ischemia. 〔
