摘要
目的:探讨椎间盘源性马尾神经综合征的中西医结合诊治策略。方法:回顾我院脊柱骨科2010年4月-2012年4月收治的15例椎间盘源性马尾神经综合征的临床资料,运用中西医结合的诊疗思路分析椎间盘源性马尾神经综合征的发病机制与处理策略。结果:出院后随访3个月-2年,平均1年,优良率80%。结论:中西医结合在椎间盘源性马尾神经综合的诊疗过程中可以起到很好的疗效。
Objective： To evaluate the diagnosis and treatment strategies of the integrative medicine on cauda equina syndrome （CES） caused by lumbar disc herniation. Methods：15 cases of CES caused by lumbar disc herniation in our department from April 2010 to April 2012 were reviewed. Using the clinics ideas of the integrative medicine to analyze the pathogenesis and treatment strategies. Results：Follow-ups of 3 months to 2 years（with 1 year on average）, excellent rate was 80%. Conclusion：The integrative medicine has a very good effect in the process of diagnosis and treatment of CES caused by lumbar disc herniation.
