摘要
以尿素、间苯二酚为改性剂,在碱性条件下制备中温固化酚醛树脂。利用Design-Expert软件建立数学模型,以胶合强度为响应值,优化酚醛树脂的原料配比。结果表明,中温固化酚醛树脂原料的最佳配比为:甲醛与苯酚摩尔比为2?32,氢氧化钠与苯酚摩尔比0?56,尿素加量为苯酚质量的20?03%,间苯二酚加量为苯酚质量的9?98%。在此条件下制备的酚醛树脂可以在105~115℃下固化。
Urea and resorcinol were used as modifiers to prepare mid-temperature curing phenol-formaldehyde resin (PF) in alkaline condition, and the response surface methodology was used to optimize the effects of raw materials ratio on bond-ing strength. The optimal raw materials ratio of PF were determined as follows:molar ratios of formaldehyde and alkali to phenol were 2?32 and 0?56, respectively;and the mass of urea and resorcinol to phenol were 20.03%and 9?98%, respec-tively. Under these raw materials ratio, the curing temperature of the PF was in the range of 105-115℃.
