摘要
针对传统热量表测量时,由于流体在管道内的流速随截面分布的不同,流速大小亦不同,造成管壁上很容易结垢,信号逐渐衰减,高精度测量困难,使用寿命较短等缺点。本文将开发低功耗、高精度的热量表融入其中,并将束流管件嵌入热量表内,设计出一种超声波热量表束流管件。该管件能够提高流场均匀分布、保证计量精度,降低机械加工难度,有效信号不易衰减,提高产品的使用寿命。
In the traditional heat meter measurement, the fluid velocity in the pipe cross-section is different with different distribution, the flow rate is also different, which resulting in the wall is easy to scale and the signal decays, it is difficult to measure with precision, and have a shorter life shortcomings. This article will develop low-power, high-precision calorimeter thought, take the beam pipe embedded in heat meters, and design an ultrasonic heat meter beam pipe. The ultrasonic heat meter beam pipe evenly distributed flow field which can be improved to ensure measurement accuracy and reduced the difficulty of machining, the effective attenuation of the signal is not easy to down, and improving the life of the product.
