基质金属蛋白酶类在颅内动脉瘤中的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 基质金属蛋白酶(matrix metalloproteinase,MMPs)是一组同源的以无活性酶原形式分泌的依赖锌、钙离子为特点的内肽酶,它的重要作用是分解细胞外基质(extracellular matrix,ECM),在颅内动脉瘤的发生发展及破裂后的病理变化中发挥重要作用。本文对颅内动脉瘤发生发展过程及破裂后的病理变化中MMPs的表达与颅内动脉瘤(intracranial aneurysm,IA)之间的关系进行了综述。 Matrix metalloproteinases(MMPs)are a group of inactive Zn2+ and Ca2+-dependent endopeptidases responsible for the degradation of extracellular matrix components.MMPs play an important role in the occurrence,development and pathologic changes of intracranial aneurysms. This review summarizes the relationship between the expression of MMPs and intracranial aneu-rysms in the occurrence,development and pathologic changes of intracranial aneurysms.
