摘要
为了提高羊绒产品的市场竞争力,企业对羊绒织物数码喷墨技术越来越重视,提高数码印花技术质量对羊绒企业及羊绒产业的发展极为重要。文章通过对羊绒织物数码喷墨印花的工艺过程及印花原理的研究,初步得出羊绒织物数码喷墨印花的环境条件、设备、印花墨水、浆料等是产生失真的主要因素,并对失真因素进行深入研究同时给出解决方法,有针对性的解决了当前羊绒织物数码喷墨印花图案效果不清晰的问题,同时也为羊绒产业的数码喷墨印花发展提供了可靠的理论依据。
In order to improve the market competitiveness of cashmere products, enterprises have paid more and more attention to digital inkjet technology. Therefore, improving the quality of digital printing technology has played an important role in developing cashmere enterprises and industry. Based on the cashmere fabric digital inkjet printing process analysis and printing principle study, preliminary draw cashmere fabric digital inkjet printing distortion of the main factors are environmental conditions, equipment, printing ink, paste, etc. It in-depth studies on the distortion factor and gives solutions, targeted to solve the pattern distortion problem of the cashmere fabric digital inkier printing. As well as digital printing print cashmere industry development provides the reliable theory basis.
