摘要
以12个抗旱性不同的水稻品种为材料,在种子萌发期采用20%PEG(聚乙二醇)溶液人工模拟干旱处理,测定了种子萌发抗旱指数等与抗旱性相关的指标。结果表明,采用不同的评价指标,品种间的抗旱性排序有所不同;相对发芽率、相对芽长、相对胚根长、相对根芽干重与种子萌发抗旱指数均呈显著或极显著正相关,表明其均可作为水稻种子萌发期的抗旱性评价指标;认为采用隶属函数法求取这5项指标的平均隶属函数值,作为水稻种子萌发期抗旱性评价的综合指标更为准确。
Taking 12 rice varieties with different drought resistance as materials and using 20% PEG solution to carry out artificial drought treatment in seed germination,the drought resistance related indices such as seed germination drought resistance index( GDRI) were measured. The results showed that,the order of drought resistance among these varieties varied with different evaluating indices. There was a significant or very significant positive correlation of GDRI to the relative values of seed germination rate,bud length,radicle length,and root and shoot dry weight,indicating that they can all be used to evaluate the drought resistance in seed germination. Besides,the average value of these 5 indices worked out by the subordinate function method was a more accurate comprehensive index to evaluate drought resistance of rice in seed germination.
