摘要
油气田的生产和经营主要落实在各种石油工程 (钻井、开发、储运 )方案上 ,这些方案具有高技术、高投入、高风险的特点。八十年代以来 ,引进了模糊集合论、灰色理论和物元分析 ,但是由于具体的评价对象及采用的数学方法不同 ,仍没有从系统上形成一个完整的对石油工程方案进行科学决策的综合评价方法体系。该文比较了各种数学方法的特点 ,提出了对石油工程方案进行综合评价的一般流程 ,并对指标权重的科学决策作了探讨。
The production and management of an oil?gas field are implemented by various petroleum engineering programs (drilling, development, transportation and so on) which are characteristic of high technology, high cost and high risk. Fuzzy set theory, gray theory and matter?element analysis are introduced to this field since 1980's, but a complete comprehensive evaluation system of decision?making for petroleum engineering programs has not formed systematically yet because the evaluation object and adopted mathematic method are different. The features in different mathematic methods are compared in this paper. A common technological process for comprehensive evaluation to the programs is proposed, and the scientific decision?making to index weight is discussed.
