摘要
采用TCD 2B型气体示踪检测仪 ,研究了催化裂化新型汽提器在两段汽提工艺条件下汽提气的有效利用率。建立了汽提气有效利用率计算模型 ,将汽提气的有效性定量化。工业应用结果表明 ,催化裂化装置汽提效果较改造前大幅度提高 ,从而验证了两段汽提工艺技术提高汽提蒸汽有效利用率的作用。
The effectiveness of the new stripper in FCCU was determined under conditions of two stage stripping by the TCD 2b gas tracing detector. A calculation model for the effectiveness was established.Commercial application showed that the effectiveness of the stripper in FCCU was greatly improved.
