摘要
系统评述美国医疗机构评审国际联合委员会、德国医院透明管理制度与标准委员会、泰国医院质量改进与认证研究所3个有代表性的国外医疗机构评审模式、评审方法、评审特色等。结合我国医疗机构评审现状,建议我国新一轮医疗机构评审引入"第三方"评审主体,促进医疗机构主动参评,推动评审后持续改进,巩固"三级医疗网",引导群众有序就医等政策。
In this study, we systematically studied the modes, methods and characteristics of Joint Commission on Accreditation of Health- care Organizations of the United States, hospital transparent management system in Germany, Hospital Quality Improvement and Accreditation Institute of Thailand, which are three representatives of the healthcare organization accreditation of foreign countries. Combining the reality of healthcare organization accreditation in China, we propose several suggestions, namely introducing the third - party as accreditation body, encour- aging the active participation of healthcare organization, promoting continuous improvement after accreditation and bettering the three - tertiary heahhcare network for people to utilize the medical resource rationally.
