上颌窦黏膜具有成骨潜能的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 上颌后牙区骨量不足可以通过不同方法的上颌窦提升术结合使用骨移植材料或不使用骨移植材料解决骨高度不足问题,并且同期或延期进行种植体种植术。最近临床研究上颌窦提升不使用移植材料发现也有骨组织形成。另外,一些病例也报道上颌窦囊肿去除和上颌窦内异位阻生牙去除后,也会有自发性骨组织形成。由此推断上颌窦黏膜具有成骨的潜能。本文将从骨组织生成的细胞分子学基础,人类实验,动物实验,临床试验出发,
