摘要
[目的]筛选出防治温室辣椒蓟马较好的生物杀虫剂,为生产安全、高效防治温室辣椒蓟马的生物药剂提供科学依据。[方法]试验小区随机区组排列,试验结果采用邓肯氏新复级差法统计分析。[结果]施药后7 d,60 g/L乙基多杀霉素SE 18.0 g a.i./hm2、10%多杀霉素SE 22.5 g a.i./hm2、20%甲维·虫酰肼SC 60.0 g a.i./hm2、0.3%苦参碱AS 2.7 g a.i./hm2、0.5%藜芦碱SLX 6.0 g a.i./hm2对辣椒蓟马的防治效果分别为96.8%、93.8%、90.2%、77.6%、74.0%。[结论]60 g/L乙基多杀霉素SE 18.0 g a.i./hm2、10%多杀霉素SE 22.5 g a.i./hm2、20%甲维·虫酰肼SC60.0 g a.i./hm2对辣椒蓟马具有良好的防效,且对辣椒生长安全,无药害发生。
[Aims] The study aims to screen out better biological pesticides to control greenhouse thrips, and to provide scientific basis for the production to provide safe, effective biological agents against pepper thrips. [Methods] The field trial was carried out using the randomized block design and the significance of difference was performed by Duncan's multiple range test (DMRT). [Results] On 7 d after application, ethyl spinosad 60 g/L SE at 18.0 g a.i./ha, spinosad 10% SE at 22.5 g a.i./ha, dimensional" tebufenozide 20% SC at 60.0 g a.i./ha, matrine 0.3% AS at 2.7 g a.i./ha and veratridine 0.5% SLX at 6.0 g a.i./ha, the control effect were 96.8, 93.8, 90.2, 77.6 and 74.0%, respectively. [Conclusions] Ethyl spinosad 60 g/L SE at 18.0 g a.i./ha, spinosad 10% SE at 22.5 g a.i./haand dimensional" tebufenozide 20% SC at 60.0 g a.i./ha showed good control efficacy against pepper thrips, and they were safe on the growth of pepper without chemical injury.
