摘要
目的通过在静脉药物配置中心(PIVAS)推行品管圈活动,提高员工参与管理的意识,确保临床用药安全。方法按照品管圈理论实施各项活动,分析PIVAS差错发生的主要类型,探讨并实施解决的对策,评价有形成果和无形成果,并进行持续探讨与改进。结果 PIVAS药物配置过程中的差错明显减少,由改善前的每周36.9件降低至改善后的每周17.3件。结论 PIVAS推行品管圈活动,有效降低了配置差错,提升了药学服务质量。
Objective To increase the consciousness of employee participating in management ,reduce accident and ensure clinical medication safety by use of quality control circle in pharmacy intravenous admixture services （PIVAS） .Methods According to the theory of quality control circle ,the main types of PIVAS accident were investigated ,and the countermeasure and improvement were performed .Results The number of accident was reduced obviously from 36 .9 to 17 .3 per week in PIVAS after the improvement . Conclusion The use of quality control circle in PIVAS ,the number of accident was effectively reduced and the quality of pharma-ceutical care was improved .
