摘要
目的探讨综合护理干预对慢性肾功能不全合并高血压患者的影响。方法选择作者医院2009-06/2012-05月收治的62例慢性肾功能不全合并高血压患者,随机分为两组。对照组进行常规护理,治疗组进行综合护理干预,治疗前后对患者的血压以及肾功能指标进行检测并进行比较,评价疗效。结果护理前,两组患者的血压以及肾功能指标无明显差异。护理后,治疗组血压、肾功能指标水平明显低于对照组,治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对慢性肾功能不全合并高血压患者进行综合护理干预,能够有效帮助患者康复,稳定患者的病情,应该在临床治疗中进行大力推广。
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on chronic renal dysfunction in patients with hypertension. Methods A total of 62 patients with chronic renal failure complicated with hypertension from June 2009 to May 2012 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. The control group accepted routine nursing care,and the treatment group accepted with comprehensive nursing intervention. Before and after treatment, blood pressure and renal function indexes were detected and the efficacy was compared between two groups. Results Before nursing,no significant difference in blood pressure and renal function indices were observed between two groups. After treatment,blood pressure and renal function indexes were significantly lower,and the effective rate was significantly higher in the treatment group than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention on chronic renal failure patients complicated with hypertension,can effectively help patients in rehabilitation and stablizing disease condition,which should be popularized in clinic.
