摘要
目的探讨护理干预在创伤性骨折患者中的应用效果。方法选取本院2012—2013年收治的创伤性骨折患者100例,随机分为观察组与对照组,各50例。对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组实施全方位的护理干预,比较两组的护理效果及护理满意度。结果护理干预后,两组视觉模拟(VAS)评分均下降,但观察组的下降水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组在护理效果及护理满意度上均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对创伤性骨折患者实施全方位护理,可有效提高护理效果与护理满意度,促进骨折的愈合,减轻患者的痛苦。
Objective To study the application effect of nursing intervention in the treatment of traumatic fracture. Methods 100 patients with traumatic fracture in our hospital from 2012 to 2013,which were randomly divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group,control group was given routine nursing,observation group received nursing intervention,nursing effect and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing interven-tion,visual analogue scale（VAS）of two groups fell,but falling levels of observation group was better than control group,the difference was statistically significant（P ＆lt; 0. 05）;Nursing effective and nursing satisfaction results of observation group were better than control group,the differences were statistically significant（P ＆lt; 0. 05）. Conclusion Patients with traumatic frac-ture were treated with implementation of comprehensive care,which can effectively improve the effectiveness and nursing care satisfaction,promote fracture healing,relieve the suffering of patients.
