摘要
空气预热器密封效果是回转式空气预热器运行中能耗水平高低的主要因素。已经投产的回转式空气预热器中漏风率大于10%的机组占有相当比重。通过对刷式密封技术、弹性密封技术以及带回收风的密封技术的介绍,并从原理、投资以及节能效益的对比分析,指出了各项技术的优劣势和存在的问题,提出了实施该项技术的注意事项,为同行进行空气预热器密封技术改造提供了较为翔实的比较依据和可行性分析。
