摘要
二氧化钒(VO2)是一种热敏材料,在341 K可以发生从半导体单斜晶相VO2(M)到金属导体相VO2(R)的可逆转变,这种相变伴随着VO2的电、磁和光学性质发生突变,由于其相变的特性,使VO2被广泛应用。文章采用水淬-水热法,制备了VO2(B)粉体及其W掺杂粉体,经过热处理VO2(B)可以转变为具有相变特性的VO2(M),利用SEM、XRD、DSC等手段对VO2(B)和VO2(M)及其W掺杂粉体进行了表征。
Vanadium dioxide (VO2) is a kind of thermochromic material, it has semiconductormetal transition at 341 K accompanied by a structural transformation between a low temperature monoclinic phase VO2(M) and a high-temperature tetragonal phase VO2(R), with its electrical, magnetic and optical properties changing greatly. Because of its special characters, VO2 particles has been used in many fields. In this article, water quenching - hydrothermal method were used to preparing the VO2 (B) powders and doped particles, heat-treated VO2 (B) can be transformed to have a phase transition characteristics VO2 (M), the products were characterized by XRD, SEM and DSC analysis.
