摘要
在食品安全背景下,结合食品生产及工业旅游特点,以茅台酒厂为例,初步探索了食品工业旅游模式,主要是构建起贯穿产业链的体验旅游,以期为食品企业发展食品工业旅游提供参考。
Under the background of paying more attention to food safety,food industry-oriented tourism patterns were explored in consideration of the features of food production and industry-oriented tourism.In this paper,we took Maotai Distillery as an example and we believed that experience tourism throughout the whole industrial chain was a good pattern.The research could be used as the reference for the development of food industry-oriented tourism.
