六水合溴化镁催化合成柠檬酸三丁酯 被引量:2

摘要 绿色增塑剂是当前学术界研究的一个热点,而柠檬酸三丁酯作为一种新型绿色的塑料增塑剂受到了人们的青睐,为此,本文研究了六水合溴化镁催化一水合柠檬酸与正丁醇酯化合成绿色增塑剂柠檬酸三丁酯的反应条件,通过实验考察了催化剂用量、反应温度、酸醇物质的量比、反应时间等因素对反应的影响,确定出最佳反应条件为:催化剂用量10 mol%,酸醇物质的量比1∶5.5,反应温度140℃,反应时间为4 h,酯化率可达到98%以上。上述方法具有反应时间短,副反应少,酯化率高,价廉易得等优点。 Green plasticizer is a hot topic in currently academic research and tributyl citrate (abbreviated as TBC) as a new“green”plastic plasticizer, gets the favour of people of all ages.The esterification reaction of citric acid and n-butyl alcohol catalyzed by MgBr2·6H2O was studied in this article.Different factors such as catalyst loading,temperature,the ratio of citric acid and n-butyl alcohol,reaction time were investigated through controlled experiments and the optimal reaction conditions were obtained.When the reaction was conducted for 4 h at 140 ℃ in the presence of 10 mol% MgBr2·6H2O and a 5.5-fold excess of n-butyl alcohol, the desired tributyl citrate could be obtained above 98% yield.The method has the advantages of short reaction time,fewer side effects,high efficiency of esterification,cheapness,etc.
