摘要
为更全面的了解欧盟烟草控制法律法规,阐述了欧盟烟草控制的背景和现状以及主要的烟草控制法律法规,探讨了其对欧盟卷烟市场和消费者的影响,结果显示欧盟烟草法律环境日益严格,市场竞争日趋激烈。同时结合欧盟烟草控制的严峻形势,探讨了中国烟草相关政策,为中国烟草境外拓展提供有益的参考。
Background and current situation of the EU tobacco control were introduced with an aim to gain a better understanding of EU laws and regulations on tobacco control and their impact on consumers and cigarette market. It revealed a tightening law environment on tobacco control and increasingly fierce market competition. Measures that China＇s tobacco industry should take were also investigated. It is hoped that this will provide useful reference for China Tobacco when exploring overseas market.
