摘要
【目的】研究天然湿痒霜对小鼠实验性皮炎的抗炎止痒作用。【方法】采用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀模型,检测天然湿痒霜对小鼠耳肿胀度的影响;采用氨基吡啶诱发小鼠致痒模型,检测天然湿痒霜对小鼠皮肤瘙痒反应的影响。【结果】天然湿痒霜能显著抑制二甲苯所致的小鼠耳肿胀,高、中、低剂量组抑制率分别为33.1%、27.8%、21.4%。天然湿痒霜可显著缓解氨基吡啶诱发小鼠瘙痒,高、中、低剂量组缓解率分别为62.5%、59.4%、18.8%。【结论】天然湿痒霜体外具有显著的止痒和抗炎作用。
[Objective] To investigate the antipruritie and antipruritie and anti- inflammatory actions effect of Tianranshiyang ereameream on experimental contact dermatitis in mice. [Methods]The mMiee ear swelling caused by dimethyl benzene and the licking response in mice induced by 4-Aminopridine(4-Ap) wereere used. [ Results ] Tianranshiyang cream can inhibit the mice ear swelling caused by dimethyl benzene, the inhibitory rates in high, median or low dose groups was were 21.4% , 27.8% , 33.1% respectively. It can deerease the numbers of the licking response induced by 4-AP in mice, the inhibitory rates in high, median or low dose groups was were 18.8%, 59.4% ,62.5% respectively. [Conclusion]Tianranshiyang cream has remarkably antipmritic and antiinflammatory effects.
