摘要
设计了基于DSP的带式输送机实时监控系统,该系统主要由分布在带式运输机各个关键部位的传感器、监控装置以及上位机监控软件组成。其中监控装置以DSP为控制核心,和传统的以PLC为控制核心的监控装置相比具有较高的采样速率和数据处理能力,在上位机中开发了监控软件,具有带式输送机控制、数据显示、故障报警、参数设置等功能。本监控系统具有采样速率高、可靠性高等特点。
Designs real-time monitoring system of belt conveyor based on DSP. The monitoring system consists of three parts: sensors set at the key parts of belt conveyor, monitoring device and monitoring software of host computer. Compared to other monitoring device with PLC core, the monitoring device with DSP core has higher sampling rate and data processing ability. Monitoring software is developed in host computer. It has conveyor control, data display, fault alarm, parameter setting and other functions. This monitoring system could get higher speed and higher reliability.
